I specialize exclusively in *oceanfront and resort investment real estate along the Grand Strand, working primarily with buyers and sellers who view real estate as an investment—not simply a place to live. My experience in the Myrtle Beach short-term rental market gives my clients a perspective that goes well beyond comparable sales and listing prices. I understand the factors that ultimately determine whether an oceanfront property makes sense as an investment: rental demand, revenue potential, operating expenses, HOA costs, property management, financing, building-specific performance, and resale value. I work extensively with both experienced investors and buyers purchasing their first vacation rental or investment property. My goal is to help clients evaluate the deal as a whole, not simply complete a transaction.
